First Half

• In the second minute, the No. 10 for Japan begins their offensive with a shoot at goal.
• A brilliant 1-2 pass by Nos.10 and 2 for Japan light up the fifth minute.
• The eigth minute sees a long shot from outside the area, by the Japanese No.15, which goes to the right of the goal.
  
• In the eleventh minute, No.6 for Japan has a headering shot from a corner kick by the No.10.
• Into the 14th minute, and No.15 has a shot from a free kick, which is knocked away by the Australian keepeer for a corner kick.
  The ball is lofted into the area by No.17, and amid the chaos No.3 knocks the ball into the goal.
• Australia begins its offense in the 22nd minute. But a corner is punched away by the Japanese goalkeepeer.
• The 23rd minute, and No.10 centres the ball, which is then headered by No.17 and No.15 just puts the ball over the bar.
• In the 26th minute in front of the Australian goal, the Japanese No.7 is injured.
• The Australian No.2 is given a yellow card in the 34th minute.
• Then in the 40th minute his opposing number is also shown the yellow card.
• Now in the 42nd minute, and the No.2 for Japan centers the ball for No.17 who slots the ball in for Japan's second goal.
• Just before the end of the first half, the Japanese No.10 has a brilliant long shot which rebounds off the bar.

Second half

• In the second minute Australia recieves a free kick just outside the Japanese area.
  However the Japanese keeper stays calm and manages to hold onto the ball.
• A corner kick in the eigth minute sees the Japanese No.3 shoot, the ball then pops up and is put into the net by the No.3 player.
• The Japanese No.12 centres the ball, which is the put into the back of the net by a dribbling shoot by No.15. With this goal in the 13th minute, No.15 Okitsu, becomes the leading goal scorer for the tournament.
• The 16th minute sees No.17 go down with a leg injury.

• We originally planned to write about this match, but we ran into some trouble, so we could not do it. Sorry.
• The Czechoslovakian team were somewhat nervous before the game. Well, it is the final round after all.
