Fukuoka City Zoological and Botanical Gaudens
The Zoo is a corner of Minami Park and has
apporxoimately 200 kinds of animals.The botanical
garden,which boasts the largest greenhouse in Asia,
houses approximately 900 kinds of plants in the
greenhouse and 1,260 kinds outside of it.The beauty
of the plants can be seen all year round. The zoo
and the botanical gardens are connected by a bridge
so thatvisitors are able to go back and forth.
- Get off at the Dobutsuen-mae stop of the Nishitetsu
Bus line.
